The Arabella Country Estate lies on the south-western coast of South Africa, 110 kilometres from Cape Town. It is accessible via the N2 over Sir Lowry's Pass or via a scenic coastal drive that passes through Gordon's Bay, Betty's Bay and Kleinmond. Both routes provide views that serve as ideal preparation for the visual feast that Arabella has to offer.

Despite it's size (112 hectares) the Estate does not evoke any feelings of remoteness. Stand at its core and take a deep breath. To one side are the foothills of the Kogelberg mountains. To another is the shore of the Bot River lagoon. And all around is splendour.The area is home to over 1 200 different species of wild flower, species that are exclusive to this Cape region. And while other areas do have beaches, none are this close to perfection.
